SmartPack Stationery offers free school-based delivery only. All orders are delivered directly to the learner’s registered school using the student number provided at checkout.


To ensure accurate and secure delivery, orders will only be processed for learners who are officially registered at the selected school.


Please ensure that the correct student number and school details are entered, as these are used to verify and complete delivery.

How long is the delivery time?

All approved orders are delivered free of charge within 3 business working days from the date of order confirmation.


Home or private address deliveries are not available at this time.

What shipping methods are availabe?

How can I track my order?

SmartPack Stationery orders can be tracked using an order reference number and the learner’s student number. Customers receive order confirmation and delivery status updates via SMS or email at key stages, including order processing and delivery to the school. Orders may also be tracked through the “Track My Order” page on our website or by contacting WhatsApp support.


Once an order has been delivered and signed for at the school, a collection notification is sent to confirm that the stationery is ready for collection.

Do you offer a student discount?

1. Bulk Order / Combo Discount

Discount based on order value or packs:

✔ Buy 2 packs → 5% off
✔ Buy 3 or more packs → 10% off


2. Referral Discount (Student-Powered)

A learner shares a referral code:

✔ Referrer gets R20 off next order
✔ New student gets 5% off first order

Student Discount Policy

SmartPack Stationery offers exclusive discounts to learners as part of our commitment to supporting education. Student discounts are available only to learners who are officially registered at participating schools and who provide a valid student number at the time of ordering.


Student discounts may include percentage-based promotions, back-to-school offers, first-time order discounts, or other limited-time specials. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout or through approved promotional codes and are valid only for stationery products.


All student discounts are subject to verification using the learner’s student number. SmartPack Stationery reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where incorrect or invalid student information is provided. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.


SmartPack Stationery reserves the right to amend or withdraw student discount offers at any time without prior notice.

Order Bill Policy – Catalogue Orders

All SmartPack Stationery orders are processed using our online catalogue. Once a customer selects items and completes their order, a digital order bill (invoice) is automatically generated based on the selected catalogue items.

The order bill includes:

  1. Learner’s name and student number
  2. School name
  3. List of items ordered with catalogue references
  4. Prices and any applied student discounts
  5. Total amount paid
  6. Order reference number and date


The invoice is sent digitally via email or WhatsApp immediately after order confirmation. Customers can also download their invoice from the order confirmation page on our website using their order reference number.

Can I pay in installments?

SmartPack Stationery accepts payments for all orders before delivery. Payments can be made through our secure online payment methods, including:

  1. Credit/Debit Card
  2. Instant EFT / Bank Transfer
  3. Mobile Payment (e.g., SnapScan, Zapper)


Key Points:

  1. Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
  2. Payments must reference the learner’s student number to ensure proper processing and delivery.
  3. All prices are displayed in the online catalogue and include any applicable student discounts.
  4. Once payment is received, an order confirmation and digital invoice will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  5. SmartPack Stationery does not accept cash payments at schools.

Order & returns

  1. Orders can be cancelled or refunded only before processing begins.
  2. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  3. Incorrect student numbers or school details may delay payment confirmation and delivery.
